Boom Indexing

Terms of Service

Operated by Mavorium Private Limited, New Delhi, India. Effective 8 October 2026.

1. The service

Boom Indexing helps website owners notify search engines about new and updated pages, and reports whether those pages were submitted, crawled and indexed. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. No guarantee and no responsibility for results

Search engines alone decide whether to crawl, index, rank or remove a page, and when. We do not guarantee, promise or warrant indexing, crawling, ranking, traffic, sales, speed of results or any other outcome, and no tool can. Submission is a request to a search engine, not an instruction. Statuses and advice we show (including automated and AI-written advice) are informational, may be incomplete or wrong, and are used at your own risk.

We are not responsible or liable for any result, or lack of result, from using the service, including pages that are not indexed or are removed from an index, changes in rankings or traffic, penalties, warnings, suspension or action by a search engine or other third party against you, your website or your accounts, or any loss that follows from them.

3. Your websites and content

You may submit only websites that you own or are authorised to manage, and only pages that are public, original, lawful and useful to visitors. You confirm that you have the right to submit every address you send us.

4. Not allowed

You must not use the service for spam, doorway or auto-generated junk pages, scraped or copied content, malware, phishing, deceptive or illegal content, adult content involving minors, or content that infringes the rights of others. You must not submit websites you do not control, abuse or overload the service, resell it without our written consent, or try to bypass limits or security. We may refuse any address and may suspend or end accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

5. Google and other search engines

Submissions to Google are made with a Google Cloud project and service account that you create and own. You are responsible for that project, for staying within Google's terms and quotas, and for the consequences of using it. Google documents the Indexing API for specific content types and may change, limit or withdraw access at any time. Other engines are notified through IndexNow and similar public protocols that each engine operates on its own terms.

6. Plans, payment and renewal

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices in Indian rupees include GST where applicable; international payments are charged in US dollars or USDT at the price shown at checkout. A plan runs for the period paid for and is extended when you renew. When you move to a higher plan, the unused value of your current plan is credited as extra days. Payments made by UPI, USDT or bank transfer are activated after we confirm receipt.

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to every plan and period, including unused days, unused URL allowances, downgrades, cancellation, early termination, suspension or termination for breach of these terms, and results that did not meet your expectations. We do not give refunds or chargeback-free credits for any reason, except where a refund is required by law that cannot be excluded by agreement. By paying you accept this.

If a paid plan ends, you have a grace period of 3 days; after that, submissions pause and your data is kept. You may cancel at any time by not renewing.

7. Autopilot

When you switch a domain to AI autopilot, you authorise us to read its public sitemap and to submit new, changed and long-unindexed pages on your behalf within your plan limits. You can switch back to manual operation at any time.

8. Your data

We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Google service-account files are stored encrypted and used only to submit and check your own pages.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We rely on search engines, hosting, email and payment providers that we do not control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of traffic, rankings, data, profit or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the websites and pages you submit and from your breach of these terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the service; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
