Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, mobile number, password stored only as a one-way hash); the domains, page addresses and sitemaps you submit; results from search engines about those pages; billing records (plan, amount, payment reference, invoice); support requests; and technical logs such as IP address and time of sign-in or requests. If you connect Google, we store your service-account file encrypted.

How we use it

To run the service you asked for, send submissions to search engines, report their status, verify and bill payments, send sign-in codes and service emails, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Who receives it

Page addresses you submit are sent to search engines (Google, Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam, Yep and Baidu depending on your settings). Payment details are handled by the payment provider you choose (Razorpay, PayPal, your bank or UPI app, or a blockchain network); we do not store card numbers. Email is sent through our mail provider. If AI autopilot advice is enabled, the address, status and technical findings of a page (not your account details) may be sent to an AI provider to write the advice.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and security

We keep account data while your account exists and billing records as long as the law requires. Passwords are hashed, access keys are stored as hashes, connections use HTTPS and every record is scoped to your account. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the Grievance Officer below. Deleting an account removes its submissions and keys; invoices may be retained as required by tax law.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee any search-engine result, and we are not responsible for decisions made by search engines or other third parties. Payments are non-refundable, as set out in the Terms.

Children

The service is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children.
